TERRIBLE!!!!!
I don’t know what platform Dragonfly Athletics is made for, because it won’t work in Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or any other browser.
The app is absolutely useless!! None of the links work!! They might as well be screenshots! It won’t allow you to connect to anything and takes forever to load!!!
My daughter’s school requires her to register for any sports through Dragonfly and after over a week of trying to use this absolutely worthless program/interface, I am seriously considering my daughter to continue playing club sports rather than play for her school at all!!!

App is Garbage
So my son set up a profile and I set up a profile THRU THE WEBSITE, because the app is garbage. Hopefully all the info is in there and gets where it needs to go, but so far haven’t used the app for anything.
Maybe an idea for the developers is to require set up thru the website and then have a link to download the app at the end. Seems like a lot of work to develop an app only to have to have folks use the website.

to the Trash bin
bad enough the web based crashes on tablets (and won't even open on phones) this app version misses athletes and doesn't even have a way to access/review info.
This is my first App review ever
This app is complete garbage. I have never ever reviewed an app before. But I had to review one here now to communicate what a dumpster fire this garbage piece of trash app is. The world is worse off because this app exists. to the owners of this app: it is beyond redemption and beyond hope. delete it. Start from scratch. There is nothing here to salvage. and I don’t think Michigan is shaped like that.

Problems
Neither the app nor the website work properly. Not on an iPhone anyway. It won’t let you scroll down all the way to the bottom to fill out information; therefore, you cannot complete your profile. You can’t upload your sports physical until your profile is complete. Very frustrating.
Un functional time waster
Downloaded the app per the high school coaches request. App won’t scroll down far enough to let you answer all the questions required and you can’t fill out any of the other key forms as a result. Beg your team to use any app other than this one.
Extremely frustrating app
This app must work well on the administration side, as I can’t imagine any school district putting their students/parents through the frustrations of this app. I personally would have spent my time more effectively by printing out blank documents and writing out everything by hand. Tech is supposed to make things easier not more difficult. I can’t even email the form to my kids doctor via the app. Nor is it allowing me to “print” a blank copy to download and email separately to the doctor. 🙄 Unless I’m just missing something…

App not functional
The app isn’t user friendly at all doesn’t allow you to complete necessary paperwork because it won’t give you the last question in multiple sections, allowing you to complete that section and move forward. It’s completely frustrating and needs to be reworked!!
Terrible user experience
I would never choose this app for an individual user experience. To any athletic director trying to find something for your school system, find another option.
Not very user friendly
We downloaded this for volleyball at one school. We moved, and her new softball team uses the app too. I could not get the app to switch schools, update account, or delete my daughter’s old school. I had to go the website, log in, and start a new profile for her. I deleted the old one, but the app (1.5 years later) still doesn’t reflect the same. I can’t even use the app now. I have to use the website via my phone, and that’s irritating as well.

mind numbing
You have to fill out the same information over and over and over and over again. Also while you’re trying to fill in the forma a black box pops up constantly about updating the medical record. We got it the first ten times!

Can’t update anything
I need to update my son’s athletic information from last year and it won’t let me edit any information. This app is useless.
The mobile app is crap
You can’t access/scroll down to see & complete all questions and you can’t continue on without finishing them. This is not compatible at all with mobile devices.
Terrible
Doesn’t open correctly on my phone. Wrong format for an iPhone. Once you open a window within the app you have to disable the app to get it to work again
This app will only frustrate you
We’ve been trying to get this app to work for my daughter for several nights. It’s a hybrid app, which means the app on your phone is only a shortcut to their website. A website that doesn’t function well and is NOT mobile friendly. We had to jump on a laptop to even view the site correctly. And by saying “correctly” I’m being gracious. If you’re trying to transition a student from one school to another — or one sport to another, prepare to be met by failure. You can’t even remove old accounts without it telling you to go and contact that Support people. There are too many errors to number, but what I can tell you is that the app hangs up constantly and you can’t edit or delete things like you should be able to do. And the app/website is broken and information isn’t presented in a viewable format. It’s a broken system and needs a major overhaul before users can take this seriously.

Mississippi, do better
The state is Mississippi is basically forcing you to get this ridiculous, glitchy, and almost unusable app to get updates on athletic activities. Every time you need to delete/make a profile, it always says “changes could not be saved”. The app is just so shady and I hate using it
Zero stars!!!! Awful
Awful. The school system switched from family ID to this system and trying to get my daughter set up and registered has me so frustrated I am in tears. I have never felt so much rage towards any app or piece of technology. School administrators if you value your sanity and your players parents sanity please stay away from this app. So frustrating. The App won’t allow me to scroll down enough to even answer the questions on the forms.

Not a fan
This app needs major usability improvements. Be prepared to enter a lot of information multiple times. It seems like this could easily be solved with the technology. Also, it’s a scavenger hunt to add a new school or a new sport and I haven’t yet figured out how to remove my daughter’s old school yet. Kids switch schools and change sports all the time, Dragonfly should make it incredibly easy to do this. I would not choose to use this app on my own and hope that our school system finds a better alternative soon.

If I could give zero I would
I can’t even get to the log in page on the app. It freezes, kicks you out, updates student readiness and doesn’t inform parents so they are not ready for workouts and worst of all ask for very sensitive medical information. Get rid of it.
