I don’t see what everyone’s problem is
I really don’t see why people are given this app low star ratings. I’ve been using Writhlington and nortons facilities for about two years now. Have had this app for the same amount of time and have never had a problem with it. Have booked multiple gym sessions on both grounds (most days) and softplay (most weekends). Also booked Swimming sessions and Steam and sauna. Never have I ever had any problems, found it not to work or anything. The app is so easy to use it’s a matter of 3 clicks and my session is booked.

Makes booking a simple swim a chore
An agonisingly bad app, that makes booking swimming at our local leisure centres an ordeal. Multiple accounts are necessary if booking for small children, logging out and back in with different codes every time. I had to obtain a passcode via Facebook for each account, for some inexplicable reason. A booking system in desperate need of improvement!
