Logging in issue

Repeated issue logging into app. Says password invalid , which it wasn’t because it’s saved. Try to reset and it says mobile number is invalid format which is rubbish and no reset email ever arrives. Customer Support can’t do anything than raise it internally. Over a week later still no response from support and with same log in issue. It was completely useless to me when I travelled last week , next trip in 4weeks would be nice if you could fix this and looking at reviews this issue is not unknown.

So far All good apart from UK airport

Based on my recent travel experience, I must admit apart from uk airport , otherwise it is all good so far . But it is not the app fault, it is just the airline paid customer gets in first . But we also paid card membership tho !

Appalling

Every time I am in an airport somewhere and try to log in to the app, it says that my password (which is saved) is incorrect. I then attempt to reset it and I do not receive either an sms or an email. I tried for an hour last week at LAX and eventually received a passcode and saved the new password. A day later in Sydney I attempted to login with the new password and it says it is incorrect. Once again resetting results in no sms or email being received. This is incredibly frustrating when you are delayed but cannot access a lounge because you can’t get into it.

Lounges never available

It’s just a waste of time you can never get a lounge to book please change this Barclays!!

Recent changes are good

This app was a nightmare to login to with FaceTime but that’s now sorted. They also now thankfully permit me to book for partner on my account with own card. Rather than one by one. Much needed.

Cannot login

Just updated the APP and now I cannot login as the screen is greyed out

Love the app, it does what you need to do.

No point Uk

If you plan to use Dragon Pass in the UK forget about it. All
Of the lounges turn you away and/ or like all Manchester airport lounges. Have permanent signs outside their doors stating they are full when 6 people are in the lounge. Waste of money

Vacation

Trip to Fiji for a surprise visit, transit in Singapore and I used my dragon pass, was very happy with how easy and quick it was..

Can’t pre book - rubbish

For my last three trips out of Stansted I have tried to pre-book the lounge at various different times and every time it says it’s not available it then suggests to book the alternative times but never comes up with any times you can’t book in advance it’s rubbish

What a waste of time

I have lost count of the number of occasions that I have attempted a booking at anything up to two and a half months in advance.
All reply with fully booked or the best yet is we have space in 3 hours time.
Forget the UK and enjoy just about any other airport in the world.

My thoughts on DragonPass

I don’t see why people knock this app. It works every time I use it and it is very easy to use

App worthless

I use the lounges several times a year. It doesn’t matter how far in advance I try to book, it always says unavailable or fully booked, when they’re not. I turn up and they let me in, but who needs that stress. The app is useless. Loads of FAQs that don’t lead to where we book. Some of the lounges are great, and some need sorting out.

Great service

I don’t know what people expect you go to an airport lounge you get food you get drink you get peace and quiet. What more do people want? Five star service it’s a safe space where you can enjoy quiet time.

Great - except Manchester

Dragon Works excellent all over the world. But if you want to use any Manchester (uk) lounge, forget it! The staff will turn you away and lie that “we are full” when less than 10% occupied!
Not really a complaint about dragon pass, but they need to sort Manchester airport out!

Don’t bother with the uk lounges the rest of the world do it so much better

I am a worldwide traveller as a yacht delivery skipper and can safely say that the UK lounges are dismal ! Thankfully they are mainly pre booked by airlines who get priority over us dragon pass minions who get a second class service and a waiting list. Once in you are cheek by Jowel with the “8 pints before 8 am” club.
You are restricted in access to only 3hours preflight for some reason.
The only other place I’ve ever had to wait “5mins please sir “ was Doha and that was understandable given the footfall but at least the queue was for all .
Once in the lounges across the world are excellent with local food and drink in a relaxed pleasant environment.
In UK you are plonked on a bar stool as all the upholstery has been reserved beforehand. The food is factory canteen level and as others have said it’s a bun fight with no manners from guests.
So avoid the UK lounges but enjoy the rest of the world

Missed due to security queues.

Be booked the lounge at Rome airport. Arrived in plenty of time to spend a couple of hours before flying. The security and passport queues took close to two hours to get through so we missed our booking. No way of cancelling so 3 wasted passes.

Seems like a scam

I was able to book passes once. Following which I spent over an hour trying to book more passes for the return journey only to have an app error each time I tried to purchase. I’ve been back from my trip for nearly two weeks now and I am still not able to purchase jade amy passes for my next trip. Staff have not been able to rectify the problem and will not allow you to buy over the phone as the app is the only way to buy. Really poor app, wish I hadn’t bothered with the membership. I would not recommend.
