Poorly Ran Company
This use to be a good company that paid decent but now it’s garbage. You have to deal with AI chat, AI phone calls it’s terrible especially when you need a live person.
I did mainly trips that required flights now I don’t get any of the trips and when trips do come based on mileage etc it does not make sense to take based on payout. And now the app is not working when I’m connecting to WiFi that has never happened and I have been with Draiver since 2017
Draiver you need to pay Better especially those that have been with you as long as I have!!!

Awesome App.
Been on this App @ least 5 years.. The app deserves 5 stars.. They constantly try to improve. If you need work they keep you busy& on a daily basis.. Customer service is always there to assist you.. You can’t go wrong with this app. B.❤️

trying to use app and register but after scan info in then will not allow to proceed and everything is in there correct with no exp dl and all that. not sure what is going on with app but to it needs to be fixed asap

Was really excited about this concept and wanted a driving related side gig, but apparently my area is closed to new registrants.

Not what it used to be
I used this app for 4-5 years now and we’ve hit the lowest low. I get this isn’t supposed to be a job but it was at one point consistent for years. This year I’ve met people on the app that have made 1200+ in a week, IN MY AREA but I never see the trips they get. When I am notified about the trip, you can’t log in on WiFi, when you are logged in, nothing shows up. I get texts with links, nothing is there. When you do actually see a trip worth doing, it’s an uber trip and support will happily leave you stranded. I guess all good things come to an end.

Draiver is a fraudulent app
This app might be a scam and if they try to send you to another website for customer support especially if that site asks you for your personal information don’t trust it . I gave it 1 star because negative stars are not a option definitely don’t recommend or trust this app
Too much favoritism/retaliation within this company!
Don’t ever report anything to this company because once you do you stop receiving trips, there’s just too much favoritism and retaliation going on from the managers and dispatchers!!
Waste of time
This appears to be a dead company. There’s never any job offers, and support only provides very generic responses, which is pretty much how you would expect AI to respond to email inquiries. There’s zero communication from anyone within the company when reaching out. I carry a class A cdl and live close to Kansas City. There should be work available hand over fist. Don’t know waste your time even bothering with this company, as it is either dead or poorly run.

Terrible place to work
They don’t pay what they should. They blame you for everything even when they’re wrong. They cancel your trips & have the worst customer service. Do not work for them!!!

Don’t waste your time!!! It’s nothing personal this raggedy app has more than enough drivers. If your a driver go on indeed & get a real driving job with benefits. & A good insurance policy.. this app has a Chase driver doing dope in a van driving us around.. risking 3 of our lives..Plus they do no drug testing & 90 percent of there drivers are on drugs. So in my Fred Sanford voice “ YOU BIG DUMMY “ when they calling your family to identify your body @ least don’t put them with the burden of doing a go fund me page.They don’t even deserve a star @ all.

Didn’t pay what was promised
They said the trip would pay one thing but they paid around $25 less in the end. Beware!! They ripped me off
Unhappy Driver
I’ll make this short and simple. If you don’t kiss your account mgr rearend you don’t get any work or very little. I been with DRAIVER going on 3 years and I seen this happen many many times with myself and others. The drivers that get all the work or all the good paying gravy job are the one who have had accident ( there fault) and a lot of them have multiple at fault accidents and yet they are the one sucker up to whoever releases the work directly to that driver then try to fool all the other drive by releasing it in the pool that goes out. This type of practices need to stop and should be investigative by the money guy who are investing in this company and the other a the hedge fund let all hope this get done quickly and resolved before DOT get ahold of these driver logs or investigate the company in question.

Can’t even get past the login screen
I’m sure this is a reputable company, but trying to work with their app is a terrible experience. Can’t even get past the first screen. I’ve tried on both of my iPhones and my iPad with no luck.

Ripoff Beware
This company offers no support and will rip you off on every trip. Pays about 10 bucks an hour. They will have you on the road for 14 hours and pay you for 8. Try and speak to a human being and they just give you the run around. You will be paying them to do their jobs.
Exploiting Worker Pay
My employer failed to train me and I still have to face the consequences.
I completed a trip that’s was over 640 miles driving. got the customers to sign electronically but my job deducted $75 because it wasn’t on paper.
