AVOID!!! I was charged 3 times for one transaction through this website. (Not a subscription) it charged me 3 times all at once for the same payment. I want to get a refund but it is proving very difficult.

Love the Content, Hate the Restrictions
DramaShorts has excellent productions, especially the Ukrainian vertical dramas, which are my favorites. Unfortunately, the option to unlock episodes by watching ads isn’t available where I live. The daily rewards only let me unlock about 1-2 episodes a day, so a 60-episode drama can take over 50 days to finish. That means I spend very little time on the app compared to other drama apps where I can watch a couple of full series each week. I really enjoy DramaShorts’ content and hope they bring back the ad-unlock feature in my area. It would make a huge difference.

I have taken my accounts down and gone through the process of unsubscribing from this app but I KEEP GETTING BILLED. I talked to tech support and they “fixed it” yet I’m still being billed

As of today I have been in correspondence through 17+ emails trying to get a refund and cancel a subscription! I have provided everything single bit of information requested! All I have gotten is “we appreciate your patience but we need this or that information “. With today’s technology is so hard to search and find the information needed? I even suggested that maybe I have been hacked!

No way to cancel!!
If I could I wouldn’t even leave a star. They tell you to cancel the subscription with Apple. You can’t cancel the subscription because the app doesn’t show up on Apple subscriptions! So, they just keep charging you whether or not you want app. Rip off!! Plus, no matter what you pay you still have to buy coins to watch the story. Rip off.
