Why?

Soo I’m absolutely a biiiiiig fan of Mei Yu and I looove her vids and when I saw she mentioned this app in a vid of hers that I was watching, I freaked out and immediately got the app. But when I opened the app I noticed lock signs on every tutorial except one. I thought I had to complete the only one that was free (the tutorial) then I can go forward, but things weren’t that way and after all that I saw they were still locked and I tapped on it and then it said I had to pay for the tutorials $5! Of all 50 just 1?? At least like it could have been separated to pay for the advanced and free for the easy ones or something like that.
