乱扣费且拒不退费！！！

已经申请了两次退费，均以不符合退款条件拒绝。重点是孩子同时下载的另外一个app直接申请就通过了。
孩子未满8岁，属无民事行为能力的阶段，误点导致直接扣费，298一年，扣费钱没有任何提示信息！！！

软件页面提示有免费试用点击免费试用后直接产生扣费298元发现扣费后第一时间卸载该软件并且联系苹果提交两次退款申请都未处理好针对于这笔扣费是不合理的并为达到7天的试用期没有对该软件有任何的使用需要贵公司协助调查核实尽快给予回复

I originally downloaded this app for my Niece who is 5 years old, she wanted to draw so I downloaded this hoping it will be good and fun to distract her for a while. And thankfully, it worked! She loved coloring and learning numbers. I’m one day one of the seven day free trial. When I got home I wanted to see what all the fun was about. And I absolutely loved this app, even though I’m not a kid. I really enjoyed the coloring the most, there’s many brushes and options to chose from too! I truly recommend this app for your littles.

I always use this app every day. I always doodle on it. 😄

So what I draw is like characters on here do the shading and I like how they give you the panda racer and every art stuff I know it’s for kids, but I’m only 10 years old and I draw like the profile pictures on on this app sometimes I even draw like apples like realistic apples I give you five star so you can see it😄

Blank page upon opening app.

I uninstalled and reinstalled app due to receiving a blank page upon opening app. Same occurred.
I was truly looking forward to using this app with my son.
(Recommended by AppAdvice, and opportunity is only available for one day. So disappointed.)
