I I use the app a few times I even paid for the premium and now it doesn’t work at all. I either needed it fixed or I want a refund.

Please ensure you have the latest app version and a stable internet connection, then try again with well-lit photos that have clear subjects. We're also working on adding better in-app instructions based on feedback like yours.

No instructions!

I downloaded picture and pressed, draw me out and got nothing. I tried several different pictures and still nothing. There are no instructions on the app. The download button never lit up. I am glad I tried a trial subscription. I cancelled my annual!
