Hello! It seems you’ve got a lifetime subscription, but may be opening an older Keiki app. Drawing Games and Keiki Preschool have known issues. Please use Keiki World instead - setup steps were emailed to you. Still stuck? Write us at help@keiki.app!

I wish I could be writing something better. The problem: App is a money grab. You have to sign up for a weekly, monthly, or annual billing, then it doesn’t even honor the purchase on my child’s tablet. DO NOT DOWNLOAD !
I will say for what my daughter has used it’s a nice app but if you don’t honor the subscription then it’s just a waste of money and I’m not in the hit of throwing free money at some app developer who won’t even honor the subscription.
