Company needs to change for another app. This apps is bad to upload documents
This App Sucks
This is a horrible app. The app marks my load as complete without me completing it. It freezes and fail to upload the information. Sometimes I have to reboot it a few times for it to work.
More of the Same
Each update of this application brings additional frustrations. It’s hard to imagine a company so incompetent to have this as their primary communication device to their drive staff. Additionally, most of the previous comments are completely spot on. This “app” has never worked properly and I’m willing to bet that some very good drivers have walked away as a result.

This this app has constantly created issues, deleting drivers uploaded documents, resulting in drivers not being paid for delivery loads.
Driving me crazy
Sometimes the documents you scanned doesn’t go through, I got tired following up , ( no scan no payment)
Also when you start a leg , you click on star , then confirm you star , then are you sur you confirm you start, then , confirm you are sur you confirm you start , then ,,,,

Worst app
This is the worst app ever. There’s always something wrong with it!
Horrible app
This app is nothing but issues and problems all the time. You scan paperwork and then you get emails about that same paperwork missing. Sometimes you try to activate your trip and is not letting you do it because it’s saying that you have active trip but when you try to check that active trip its not letting you. Old system was so much better and easier to use and easier to navigate problems.

1-star review – Extremely disappointing after a year-long development process
I was asked to provide feedback and testing help throughout the development of this app. Unfortunately, when serious issues were repeatedly reported, communication stopped and most problems remain unfixed. The final product is, frankly, one of the least usable driver apps I’ve ever seen in 17+ years of coding experience.
Major issues:
Security
• No brute-force protection: unlimited password guesses are possible on any account. This is a basic, critical vulnerability.
Login & Session
• Forced to log in every single day. Acceptable if necessary, but combined with everything else it’s another unnecessary annoyance.
Assigned Trips / Load Visibility
• Multiple loads to the same customer, same pickup/drop-off are indistinguishable at a glance.
• “View Details” is hidden or missing on the main list — drivers are forced to open every single trip to see address, container/chassis numbers, seal, weight, contents, time windows, etc. This information is essential for planning and should be visible immediately.
• No more dispatch emails, so the app is now our only source of load information — yet it hides the most important details.
GPS Tracking
• Extremely aggressive background location tracking that drains battery to the point of making phones unstable.
• We already have FMCSA-compliant GPS via the e-log device. There is no reason to track drivers’ personal phones 24/7, including while we’re at home.
UI / Layout
• Wasted screen space everywhere. Driver name, company logo, and trip-type labels take up huge portions of the screen while actual load information is crammed into a tiny area.
• Only one trip can be viewed at a time. Accidentally tap the wrong load at 3 a.m. when dispatch is offline and you lose all trip details until morning.
• Containers show on the main screen, chassis numbers do not — making it impossible to plan swaps or see equipment without opening every single load.
Trip History
• Completely broken. History tab shows tomorrow’s loads until manually refreshed.
• After viewing a past trip and hitting back, it again shows tomorrow’s loads.
• Trying to copy an order number or upload a document frequently hangs on “loading” and kicks the user back to the home screen.
Notifications / Messages
• 5,000+ permanently “unread” messages that cannot be cleared, even after “Mark all as read.” This is obviously eating memory and serves no purpose.
Overall
The previous MC3 app was dramatically more fluid, simple, and functional than this. Drivers just want:
• Clear, at-a-glance list of assigned and accepted trips with all critical details visible (address, container/chassis, seal, weight, times)
• Minimal wasted space (we know our own name and don’t need it taking 1/9th of the screen)
• Elimination of unnecessary labels (ECL/FCL/etc.)
• Reliable trip history and document upload
• Reasonable battery usage and privacy
• Basic security practices
This app has the potential to be a great tool, but right now it’s actively making the job harder and more dangerous. Please treat driver feedback seriously and fix these fundamental problems. Many of us helped test for over a year — it’s extremely frustrating to see almost none of the reported issues addressed in the released version.

Frustrating
I upload my documents as soon as it is available for me to do so and it says that it has been submitted. Then I receive emails about missing documents. I check the app and it’s like nothing was ever uploaded. I upload my documents multiple times through out the week and always receive notices of missing documents. This app is frustrating. Every update that comes out changes nothing.

It’s impossible to use it on iPhone, keyboard taking up all of the working field
Bad app
This app doesn’t work good. This app is terrible. We always scan papers, but the office never receives the scanned documents. When we put active move, the move blocks and we can’t continue to do the next move. All the time I reported to the office but nobody does anything.
Underwhelmed with this app.
Doesn’t sync well with the ports systems, kicks out appts it’s verified. Is slow and doesn’t update in real time. The concept is sound just isn’t great with the bandwidth required to run it well. Most drivers have it on their phones and the office too. We are all attempting to be productive and make money with efficiency but this app is anything but.

It never displays current correct data
Which makes it worthless. CPG would be money ahead purchasing third party software and getting rid of the development team. What’s the point if it doesn’t work?
Terrible app
If those that developed this app were to reinvent the wheel, it would be square. Not sure how anyone could think this was an improvement over the old app.

Horrible!! Never accurate, uploading icons disappear before you upload anything, delivery items get shown as delivered on their own, uploads will show as if they uploaded only to find out the next day they didn’t leaving you unpaid if you don’t triple check… just an added headache instead of a tool to make your day easier!!

Never accurate
This app has been an issue since day one. Always information missing. The loads always show according to the ship date instead of the delivery date so if you deliver something on a Tuesday it shows as your Monday information. The old app would update as you finished each leg on that exact day. Every time you click on previous week it will have loads added in from the current week. Just very jumbled and frustrating. Statistics information is all wrong too. I have two other drivers and this app is not helpful at all for keeping track of what they do. Fortunately they let me know each day what they are doing. It just creates unnecessary work that could be avoided if the app worked.

Horrible, incorrect information. The other version was more user friendly and accurate.

I have been with the company last two years and I haven’t seen this app working properly so far it is never accurate and it doesn’t update the information about the work at all 👎
Prefer the old app better
I understand this is a new rollout, but it seems like every time something is fixed it creates an additional issue. Currently this week I have ran a load everyday M-F, but my loads are only visible thru Wednesday. Not to mention my total for the week thru Wednesday is the equivalent to 1 load, which is obviously not correct. “One step forward to take 2 steps back” situation.
