I love this game so far buttt it needs lots of updates! You can tell it hasn't been updated in most parts of the game compared to Dream Girlfriend. I'm bi so I play both LOL, and honestly I prefer Dream Girlfriend. There's a lot more to do, and it's much easier to earn shells and it's much more generous. But, the good things about this game are that the art style is very cute, there's lots of options for clothing and etc, and I like how sweet the interactions are between you and your boyfriend.

Long, irrelevant story short, I started playing Dream Girlfriend in 2017, and I just started playing this game the other day lol
Based on other reviews, it seems like this game is no longer being actively updated, which is sad because it's really cute and I like it! I kind of suspected this, but I was hoping there was a chance some more Dream Girlfriend features would be implemented into this one in the future 🥲
Even still, if the game is no longer being upkept, it would be nice if all past event items could be available in one big gacha in a final update for players who missed the game in its prime.
As a player who personally prefers realistic outfits over fantasy outfits, there are only about 3 MRs available in the game presently that appeal to me :( Without the possibility of obtaining more outfits in the style I like, I will probably end up losing interest quickly, which would be a shame. I think providing a gacha with past items could be a simple way to greatly extend the playability of what's left of the game! :)
And this is obviously a bigger ask, but it would also be super nice if talking to other boyfriends gave you stars the way talking to random girlfriends gives you shells in Dream Girlfriend 🙏 I find myself running out of things to do more often in this game because it's a lot harder to grind...

This app used to have in-game events and rewards and lots of incentives and unique dialogues based on your boyfriend’s personality just like Dream Girlfriend. There were always new gacha campaigns you could use your gacha tickets for but sadly the updates stopped while they continue the LiveOps
on DreamGirlfriend. Even Animal Boyfriend is slowly dying out and it’s not like women don’t want to play it, look at Love Nikki which is also a dress up game!
Sadly I think I’ll be deleting my Dream Boyfriend.

Play-to-win, and gorgeous characters! Possibly every girl’s best friend app in for fictional dating in app/gaming history in my opinion.. The only reason why I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5 is because of just one thing... the “get coins for free” tab.. Major issue with that.. The ads, man.. Not just the ad videos but those misleading — and not to forget to mention these extremely risky and potentially DANGEROUS quizzes that are asking for your personal information like your age and you address (yes, your address such as your postal code) — ads that are just a bit too much... And there’s an ad where you got to sign up for a website and buy one of their products to get coins, man? Like, that is a huge N-O... And watching ads only grants you one coin...? I think y’all need to look into this and fix this issue before some people fall victim to this stuff.. It’s not safe! Other than that, this game is great.. And... how about adding some “spice” to the game? Like, with our “Boyfriends”? 👀 And I’d really love if we can also romance the NPC’s too instead of just our “Boyfriends”.. That would be awesome.. (Psst, add some spice with this too.. I’m falling for Dio.. 👀) Haha! God bless y’all~!
