Sound turned off but keeps turning itself on. Won’t let me collect gifts or watch videos for bonuses though both are offered. Ruins the game

Can’t click button to watch videos for points and boosters.

App keeps crashing when I click watch buttons. App is fun to play but rigged if I can’t watch and increase points. Very annoying to have it crash and have to reload. Which is very slow.
