Nice concept, poor implementation

I have experienced failure after failure with the app. Features work intermittently or not at all. Sometimes restarting the app helps, sometimes not. Many of the app features, unstable though they are, aren’t even available from the mobile browser pages. There are options on the app that don’t show up on the browser, or if they do they are so well hidden that I can’t find them.
