Terrible User Experience
I attempted to use the device for two nights unsuccessfully. The first night the app said I needed at least six hours of data despite having slept close to 8. The second night the elapsed time simply did not count up after 2 hours and again prevented me from completing the study.
Nothing works right
All of the directions are confusing and contradictory. The app says wait for results but then i have so far two threatening messages demanding i return equipment IMMEDIATELY even though another message said not to return it until they cleared the results. No way to tell if the test is complete. The written instructions are not clear. I’ve lost track of how many times i had to phone support and email them. Emails come back undelivered even though their emails say reply to this email. Phone is often not answered and goes to VM. Directions say to discard sensors. Threatening notes say to return everything. DO NOT use this company they are a mess. I still have no idea if my test has cleared. Equipment doesn’t work right and kept shutting off.

Poor support.
I downloaded this app and once I received the equipment was not able to pair it to my Bluetooth. I called the provided number and requested assistance with Support. I was told to delete the app. And reinstall it. I tried to do so and was unable to. I called again and asked for assistance with from Support and got zero help I will be returning the equipment, unused. It was a waste of time. The support is terrible.

App Won’t Open
I am using an iPhone 13 iOS 16. I get an error stating that there is an invalid certificate. I called tech support and they could not fix the problem.
Easy process
I found the process to enter, test and upload pretty easy to follow. Much easier than the old days of sleep tests!!
App does not work
If the health care provider does not tell you the name or patient information they send to dream clear, you are left trying to guess this information. App requires exact format as used by the healthcare provider. For example, if you have a hyphenated last name, and the provider did not submit the hyphen to dream clear, then the app does not recognize your name and will not log you in.
The App required a birth date entered as mm/dd/yyyy, but the scroll function enters the date as m/d/yyyy. There is no option for the keyboard so you can enter the date in the required format.
Help desk does not answer calls during working hours. Have to leave a message and the return call takes days.
