I can’t get it to scan & when I try it glitches so badly it will kick me out of the app this was a horrible app not worth it especially the scanning it says scan the dinosaur I tried both different ones & it still didn’t work this app stinks
Very very bad app - it doesn’t work!
Bought this bracelet at Dollar Tree but the scan does not work. Stayed a while trying to scan and nothing works. Bad and fake AR.

:( Hi. This app is not the best because… IT DOSE NOT SCAN! So I got the stuff from the dollar store and I was SO excited and then I tried scanning it. And than I was so sad because after like AN HOUR IT STILL DID NOT WORK! So please fix the app and if you don’t I’m going to cry for 4 hours and be so mad.

It was entertaining for 5 min then times out
Don’t scan. You have to download app directly. My 4 year old was definitely entertained for about 5 min before the app stopped working. It was a cute idea but needs more work.
Never get the dream glow hub glow in the phone mermaid toy
I got it at the dollar tree and thought it would work and went home so I could download the app I but when I downloaded the app and scanned it it wouldn’t scan! So I thought it only works when the blond mermaid is glowing so I went in my bath room closed the door turned off the lights but of course

Does not work!!!!
I downloaded the game and followed the prompts and all it does is show this “scanner” but it doesn’t do anything. No augmented reality, nothing! Waste of time!!!

This is a dollar but I know my kid would not have got it If it did not say comes alive on your smart device. “GLOW IN THE PHONE”. Yea it does glow. Not in your phone but the stick glows. The app does not work and is worthless. There is no game don’t bother downloading its prob a virus

After getting the toys and the app I tried to scan them but nothing would come up.I tried 3 products and still nothing worked!The game needs more instructions before you scan.

Why doesn’t this work? It won’t scan the card that says scan me. We tried everything. Bummer.

I bought the toy for my niece because it was at Dollar Tree. I couldn’t get the app to load by scanning, so I tried loading it in the AppStore. While I could load it that way, it was completely non-functional. Thank goodness my niece is 3, so she will like having a glow stick with a mermaid. Buy this only if the kid will like the toy without the app. I should have gotten her more play dough instead.
