My suggestion to everyone who is or will be using the app, take a screenshot for you buy your tickets. If not you run the extremely HIGH RISK and either…
1.) Not being able to access your account after you purchase the ticket.
 2) not being able to find your ticket after you purchase it.

wont even let me log in

just bought tickets to iem dallas 2023 and i can’t even log into the app.

Won’t log me in

I’m glad I screenshotted my tickets because the app won’t let me log in. I go to the login site, put in my information, and it takes me on that open window to my account. If I close the window, the app keeps asking me to log in.

Horrible App

Hardly ever works, constantly have to logout and log back in just to get it to work again.

Took almost a month to get tickets to sync had to involve support. Just stay with the original app that you bought your tickets from Tixr, etc.
