Love but not working

I absolutely love this game, however this is the second time the game has stopped working. The first time was when new levels were added…the game would just shut down automatically so I had to delete, redownload then had to start completely over. I’m now at lvl 146 and the game has completely froze again… I’m so frustrated!

NOT WORKING!!!!!!!

I love this game out of all of the unboxing games this one is my favorite one but I’ve completed 75 levels and every time I try to go into level 76 it will not load and tells me to check my internet connection when my internet is working perfectly fine!!!!! Please fix this so I can continue to enjoy the game!?

Sometimes Level downloads can fail due to a weak signal or network restrictions even if everything looks “online.” Please try: - Switch Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data, then reopen the game - Turn off VPN/ad-blockers (if any) - Restart your device and make sure the game is updated We’re also working to make level loading more stable so this doesn’t happen.
