Got this because I was impressed with the reviews however the app is beyond useless- created an account and it opened okay but the next time I came to use it it refused to accept my login which meant you need to create a new account every time you open the app

The machine is actually ok and useful but the app is at the very low standards! Every time I open the app I have to create an account- EVERY SINGLE TIME- No matter how many times I have used the exactly same login credentials it still treats it as a new entry! As per others comments this issue has been ongoing for more than a year now and they still haven’t resolved it. Please please do something about it! For the money we paid to buy this product it is not acceptable to have this very basic problem! And about customer service, is there a contact number/email that you could provide us so I can report it directly to them? Thanks!

Frustrating login
All initially went smoothly, I downloaded the app and created an account to sign in and browsed. The following day went to login, nothing happened. I had to sign up again for access. I closed the app, opened it, tried to login, again nothing happened. So basically I have to go through the process of creating an account every time I want to access the app

Useless App
App does not open it doesn’t recognise my password or email address so I’ve deleted it. If I could give it less than one star I would.
App needs sorting
Can’t log in on app, the button simply doesn’t press. Emails about forgotten password don’t send etc. useless

As usual, you have to create an account on the app (like everybody these days).
But:
1. The app does not remain signed in. Every time I open it up I have to login again.
2. And then the login function simply doesn't work! I have to use password reset to login.

Pleased I tried before buying!
The filter recipes by appliance function does not work.
It is not possible to log back in after first log in as the log in page is stuck.
Pleased I didn’t buy the Clever Pot before downloading the app!

App broken
I am unable to log in, even after resetting my password. I was able to access my account before the update, but there were no recipes available for the 5-Minute Clever Chef. While the product may carry that name, the app is anything but clever.
Unable to log in
I see that people reported problems logging into the app over two years ago. This still isn’t fixed. I created an account and logged in. Great! Some good recipes in there.
However, after this first foray into the app I’ve only been able to log in again by resetting my password each time. This makes for terrible user experience.

What is the purpose of this app when you can’t access it?
Frustrating
Unable to get access to anything, as the app does not let me past the login screen

As per previous reviews ; logs user out every time and a total pain in the backside to log in again.
Still broken
Don’t bother downloading! As of May 2025, the app is still broken, as others have mentioned! It forces you to log in to see anything but it’s impossible to log in unfortunately. :(

This app doesn’t let you sign in you send e mail to reset password but they never send the link waste of time
So disappointed
5 minute clever chef looked great on the tv advert. Sadly not impressed . I want to be able to cook more than eggs or toasted sandwiches !!!!! Will continue to experiment with it but more than likely will send it back.
