Information not found in the Drexi record

Error shows “information entered does not our match records”. I confirmed and tried again. I believe another shared same type of issue in review 1yr ago. Requires at least one star. I must remove from my phone.

Can’t find account

I’m able to log in through the browser, but not the app. It claims it can’t find my account, even though I entered the information exactly as it appears through the website. Poorly designed.

Horrible, Useless

SO Slow- can’t get cost estimates, just swirls around and you get nothing, can’t clear the search history it’ll keep reverting back to the first search and can’t add meds to my list without having to choose the pharmacy every single time

Is it me or the app

Not sure if this app is new or not but, it doesn’t work. Somehow I can login online but the app doesn’t recognize my account. It says it doesn’t exist. App ask for a username, only username I have is my email and it won’t accept it. Needs a lot of work. Or easier navigation.
