App opens to a black screen

Hey, maybe if you guys wanted to become a real contender in IA sportsbooks, you might’ve put the slightest amount of effort in. As of now, I can’t even get to the sign up screen of your app, and you want good reviews? Most of the reviews are negative for a reason, and I can’t even get into the app? Good way to show off your company, huh. The only reason this isn’t an email is because it’s been changed multiple times already. If anyone thinks about downloading this app, don’t. It is a complete scam, and clearly any of the owners/admins/mods are incapable to run a Sportsbook app. I’ll get a generic robot response telling me to email them too. Don’t download this absolutely horrendous Sportsbook.

Scam!!!! They make withdrawing winnings impossible

Do not use this site. I requested a withdrawal which was approved 3/29. They said it would take 7-10 days. I reached out 12 days later to the chat line they indicated a check had not been mailed and that I’d hear from their pricing team in 14-21 days.

Hi bropow, We currently offer Online Banking (through Trustly) and Play+ for withdrawals, but we are in the process of adding PayPal as well as direct debit card withdrawals through WorldPay. We do apologize if you had any trouble removing your funds. Thank you for your feedback.

Site makes withdrawaling money very difficult.

Almost all other Sportsbook apps allow you to withdrawal money with PayPal or Venmo or at least with a deposit to your checking account. This site reminds me of the old school oversees web sites that make withdrawals impossible.

Find another site…bet mgm, fan duel, draft kings, are all legit.

Not user friendly

I have never written a review for anything akin my life. The app logs you out constantly, it isn’t user friendly whatsoever. After my initial deposit and match I was told I couldn’t withdraw til I bet $100 or more then was told I couldn’t withdraw until I deposit another $10 after that as well. If they were not a long running company I sápido think it’s ran by scammers. Get your money and get out!

Hi ajazzyflo, We apologize if you had a bad experience with us. The new customer promotion only has a 1X playthrough requirement so you can meet that by making only one bet. Perhaps you signed up when we were still running the old promotion which had a 5X requirement and needed to wager $100 more in order to meet the playthrough and withdraw your funds + any winnings. Awful app

Didn’t give my my $25 bet credit as a new customer and app is slow and works terribly. Compared to any other sports book on the market there is not a single reason to download this. It’s obvious by the other reviews but just skip this one.

However, we manually issued those credits to customers who contacted customer support to let us know. If you still did not receive your credit, please email us at support@ia.drf.com. Good for a small book

Nice local specials and bonuses. I get a free bet usually every Friday. Withdrawal options could use some work but they’ve been good to me so far

Don’t waste your time

Several issues here:
1. Don’t fall for their sign up bonus. Unlike other sport books, you have to wager a certain amount to actually have access to your winnings. For example, I deposited $10, they matched that. But I had to wager $100 to be able to cash out my winnings.
2. They make it extremely difficult to withdraw money. They don’t do debit cards, you can only use your bank if’s available through the trustly software they use, and you can’t get a check mailed to you unless you’re withdrawing a minimum of $2,000.
3. Customer service reps are pretty rude and not helpful.

Do not download (read T&Cs)!!

The deposit bonus is an absolute joke - you will lose not only your deposit but have no chance to withdraw your money. I deposited 300 + 300 bonus. I won several bets my total balance was $950 but you can't withdraw until you do 5x600=$3000 in play through (keeping my you have to wager on games -300 or better to even count within 14 days. You do not get to withdraw anything until you complete this (even your deposit). Worst experience ever. I ended up canceling my bonus - taking my deposit back and forfeiting my winnings.

Everything is hidden - don’t download

They don’t tell you this when you start, but when you deposit money, it will not let you have it without jumping through their hoops. First you have to bet 100 times through your original deposit to even be able to withdrawal. Once that is completed, though, you need to have a minimum balance of $5000 in order to take anything out! SCAM! Do not download and waste your money, from one real life person to another. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Crashes all the time

Would be a great app but it crashes all the time. If I go to cbs for a few seconds and come back to the app, it freaks out and I have to log back on and it won’t load. Have to close app for several seconds to reset my session before I can log back on. Irritating when you have multiple bets going on in the same day and Ned to bounce back between the app and stats to place bets.

The deposit $300, get $300 matched seems like a great deal on the surface. But you have to play through those funds five times in 14 days in order to keep any bonus funds.

If you deposit $300 (matched to $600) that means that you have to wager $3,000 in 14 days to keep your bonus funds. This is unrealistic for most people.

Solid for a small book

They give me a free bet every Friday for just logging in. Also have a lot of hard to find sports/leagues/props to bet on and the happy hour boosts are good if you can catch ‘em. Smaller sportsbook so not as good as the big dogs, but definitely worth checking out.
