User reviews

This app is terrible

It doesn’t work well

Love u guys

Great local cafe and so yummy and healthy foods with vegan dairy free gluten free etc. options. Lots of my friends have celiac or are vegan and I love going here with them. Overall a great place with lovely people working here! Hope u guys keep growing and stay true to your roots!!🙃

Rewards

If you go into the store you can’t get rewards on what you bought . Unless you order on the app. I guess

Terrible app

Drift is a great shop but this app is horrible. It is insane that it requires a birthday (with year!) to submit an order. If you need to add something to your order you have to start at the beginning with choosing the location again. Also it wants a shipping address in addition to billing for a pick-up order. Hate this app - I would much rather just wait in the shop. These positive reviews are baffling.

Drift app needs some updates!!!

As a first time user of the app today, I was very dissatisfied with my experience. Here are the places where I had problems with the app.

When you are looking at an item to see more about it, if you want to go back out of that item’s page, the x to close the item is smaller than the big back arrow. Which then takes you back to create an order again. The window for the cart should cover the “back button” so that the close/x button is more prominent

As a first time user, if it takes you a while to figure out your order, you have to choose a new time for your order when you get to check out. At that point, the app tells you that it will clear the entire cart and you have to start all over again. For a multi-person order or someone using the app for the first time, this is a terrible experience. It should allow you to choose a new time without emptying the cart and having to start over from the beginning. I had to choose a time more than the indicated wait time in order to successfully complete my order. I then had to wait on my order when I arrived at the store because I arrived at a time earlier than the time I had to choose to ensure I could complete the order.

When you delete a saved credit card, the system shows no progress bar or any indication that it’s deleting the card until the app “unfreezes” and allows you to enter a new card. It should present you with a spinning wheel or something similar that lets you know it’s working on the deletion.

On the mobile orders, the first name you see on the ticket is the server’s name. It should be the name that the order is under to make it easier to find your orders on the shelf. As of now, the name the order is under is several lines down in the receipt on the bag/items. As they bring orders out, the servers should announce the name, as well, so that if we’re waiting, we know that the order is available now.

It took me over 90 minutes from when I started placing a mobile order to when I was able to pick up my order. I could have brought the entire family there, waited in line, eaten, and left again in the time that it took me to place the mobile order. And when I called to try and place an order, I only got a voicemail memo that said to use the app so I couldn’t even call in to place an order.
