Won’t let me buy any packs or in game currency

Every time I try to buy a car pack or more in game currency on my iPhone and laptop it never comes up with asking to approve purchase as nothing happens when I press a pack which is really annoying because I want to be able to buy packs. But other than that it’s a really good game available on iOS Microsoft store
