Great Timer App

Timer and App are really useful tools. Please add the ability to “clear all shots and markers” from the shotisize editor. The AI function marks so many false shots and doesn’t accurately capture my double taps. It would be less hassle to clear everything at once and just manually drop them in. Sensitivity setting hasn’t really improved the process at all. Would be 5 stars from me if that’s implemented.

The ultimate partner for practical shooting

The SG timer and the Drills app are the best tools for tracking your progress in practical shooting. It would be even better if you could import match information from the PractiScore website; combined with the SHOTIZE feature, this will be a real game changer.

Great App

I use this app every time I go to the range. I put my phone on a tripod with a gimble on top that has an AI camera tracker. Seeing yourself shoot with shot time has been one of the biggest factors to my improvement at a shooter. Can’t believe the current rating. Has to be user error.

Moving backwards

I am an original purchaser form when the Ukraine war started and delayed shipping
It seems with a lot of “ upgrades” the freestanding. Use of the shot timer gets worse. It is teathered to the phone. And has less use. Drills will not show up on the timer without the phone and they want too much personal information. KISS keep it simple stupid needs to happen with this timer.
I am going to have to replace it

Buggy

I don’t have the shot timer yet, but I’ve been unable to set up my firearms in my profile in the app. When I try to select a field, nothing happens. If I try to flip the app closed to reset it, it’ll suddenly select the field. Even then, however, it saves only some selections. Trying to swipe back to higher levels ends up in a continuous loop that just keeps showing the same empty gun descriptions. I don’t have high hopes that it’ll work well with the shot timer. I hope the shot timer works well enough by itself, though I had hopes that the app would make setting it up easier.

Spyware without option

The concept is cool, but it is ruined by the app constantly requiring log in without option and constantly asking to send notifications. Videos are automatically stored to the cloud and the user is left with little choice in any of these matters. This would’ve 5 stars if you could use it without a log in and without notifications… unfortunately they want to track you and sell your data, so 2 stars it is 🤷‍♂️

We don’t send excessive notifications—these are only recommended so you can be informed about available updates, for example. As for video uploads, you can manage this in the app settings. Please be assured that we do not sell any data—these features exist solely for your convenience and to provide a wide range of functionality for you in the app.

Added pairing to eliminate interoperability. The app that dos everything equally bad, like a Swiss Army knife. Would not hit again.

Persistent Notifications

Love where the app is heading. Big fun. The issue I am having is every time I open the app it wants me to enable notifications. I don’t want to enable notifications. It asks like 4-5 times then I can click into another page. Then it will ask again.

If we could get that fixed that would be AMAZING!

Nach neuestem Update nicht mehr nutzbar

Seit dem Update heute öffnet sich die App und schließt sich automatisch wieder. Leider scheinbar durch das Update nicht mehr zu nutzen.

Application is continuously crashing on starting after last update

Almost perfect.

I hesitated to not give it 5 stars, I think it’s certainly a better system than the average shows it as. My one complaint is the difficulty in setting up matches, a guest mode would be great, not everyone I shoot with has an account. The app also had some struggles with me adding personal information. Overall, the app and my SG GO are awesome. My draw time has gone from around 1.8-2.0 seconds to 1-2-1.5 in just a month of dry fire. Still getting used to live fire modes, but those have been great too!

Враження у парі з SG Timer Go

Якщо налаштування таймеру на телефоні не викликають проблем, то режим “Матч” просто вибив із колії вимогою що усі учасники повинні мати аккаунт у Drills. Я просто влаштував матч із товаришами, які не мають таймеру SG, відповідно їм нідочого аккаунт у Drills… Закінчилось усе тим, що використовували старий-добрий PractiScore 2. Дивне рішення. Ще більш дивною є вимога заповнення усіх полів профілю. Не лише імʼя, а й прізвище, країна і т.д. НАЩО? От нащо?

Увесь інший функціонал що стосується таймера, оновлення його ПЗ та збережених вправ - цілком собі ок.

Terrible

Updating my review to one star. I updated the firmware on the shot timer a few days ago only to discover that all of my session history was gone.

The developers clearly have not learned a fundamental software dev lesson that you do not mess with user data.

I will be recommending against purchasing any product from this company to anyone I know.

AR не працює на моєму iPhone 14 Pro Max. Вже біля тижня не можливо побудувати схему в Stage builder. А так ідея дуже хороша і таймер працює на відмінно
