About

Dringo is a climbing notebook for the climbs you are actually working on. Start with a quick project, then build it out over time with move-by-move beta, session notes, photos, and timers. Everything stays together, so you can pick a climb back up weeks later and still know what worked. Use Dringo to: • Keep projects for boulders, sport routes, trad lines, board climbs, and training sessions • Build move-by-move beta with hold tags, movement cues, traits, and crux markers • Log sessions with attempts, conditions, body notes, photos, and carry-forward notes • Run interval timers for rests, repeater sets, hangs, or board sessions • Share a climb as an image card, plain-text beta, or a Dringo beta another climber can import • Keep a personal journal of what happened on the wall and what to try next time Dringo works whether you just want a simple project list or a deeper notebook for climbs that start to matter.

What's New in Dringo Climbing Journal

1.1.0

April 9, 2026

Dringo 1.1.0 brings a much nicer way of sharing your sessions and projects, in a journal like image you can share on social media or just save to your camera roll. Plus: a much better logging flow & cleaner project tracking. Session chips and durations are now more reliable, project totals are clearer, grade picking is easier, and project/session cards have been tightened up across the app. We also improved the Burden of Dreams example, refined imports/exports, and fixed a long list of editing, scrolling, and share-card bugs.
