Bugs Fixed: - Profile picture uploads were silently failing for every user — root cause was a missing database security policy; fixed server-side, no update needed - Friends' profile pictures weren't showing on the Home story row - Your own profile picture wouldn't show on Home/Profile/Friends tab unless set on that exact device — now pulls from the server everywhere - Story comments weren't saving reliably — a database query bug made posted comments disappear on reopen even though they'd actually saved - Story comments weren't live — added real-time updates so others' comments appear without reopening the story - Tapping a "started following you" notification opened a blank profile (no photo, 0 followers/following) — now loads real data - Fixed a build-tooling issue that had corrupted a native project file, breaking one build attempt
