About
Dial in the perfect pour-over recipe for your beans — together with AI.
DRIPography is a hand-drip (pour-over) coach for iPhone + Apple Watch.
Build the recipe that best fits each bean with AI, brew it right from your
wrist with step-by-step water amounts and haptic cues, then log the cup
when you're done. The more you log, the smarter the suggestions get —
and your coffee gets better every day.
— A recipe made for your bean, with AI
Just enter the bean name and AI proposes a first recipe. Want it brighter
or bolder? Pick a direction per axis (acidity, bitterness, body, aroma)
and AI recalculates the ratio, water temperature and pour style. Enter
or fine-tune steps by hand anytime.
— Brew from your wrist, synced to Apple Watch
Recipes you build on iPhone sync to the Watch automatically. Start brewing
and the step countdown, pour amount and running total appear on your wrist,
with a haptic at every step change. Times stay accurate even with the
screen off.
— A coffee diary that completes itself
Rate every cup on five axes (overall, acidity, bitterness, body, aroma).
Look back at a glance in the calendar — and each note feeds the next
recommendation.
— Your library, organized around beans
Drippers, recipes and tasting logs all live under each bean. Beans with
the same name merge automatically, and the more you add, the smarter it gets.
— Details that make a real brew

· Capacity-adjusted Hario Switch and Clever brews now start without a duplicate confirmation, and an incorrect 0 ml display on Apple Watch has been fixed. · Hario Switch transitions that only open or close the valve, without pouring, now use a 5-second timer. Saved recipe values remain unchanged. · Refined units, labels, and dynamic text across Korean, English, Japanese, German, and Simplified Chinese.
