Extremely Poor Support Experience
I am extremely disappointed with the Drishti Learning App support experience. I am facing a login issue because the app shows “Detached Limit Reached”, even though I need access to my account and course.
The most frustrating part is that the support team is taking around 5 working days to resolve the issue. Students depend on the app for regular classes and study material, so being locked out of an account for such a long time is unacceptable.
There should be a faster and more efficient system for resolving login and device-related issues. I hope Drishti IAS improves its customer support and gives urgent technical issues the priority they deserve.

I have written multiple times to your team for several issues being faced by everyone including myself. I have offered to help fix it by working together with your team. Just give us a good enough platform where we can focus on the study material and not technical difficulties. I believe students/aspirants have each paid enough for you to have enough resources to do better.

Unable to login to the App
I am unable to login to the App while I am trying it from my laptop. When I am getting a page asked to login using the phone number, the OTP is not getting generated and it is showing “Something went wrong”.
Also sometimes , the video quality is not good.
Please fix these bugs to make it convenient for the users to utilise.

Useless app useless institute
Aspirants do not buy courses or take admission in Drishti, specially online courses. Their management is pathetic. They do not listen to student’s demands and do not care for the welfare that one institute should think about their students. They are purely a business firm and unnecessarily hiked prices of courses so high. Once you buy the course you are trapped. You can not make any change, like in my case I bought hindi medium course by mistake on discount and when I wanted to change this into same course in English medium they asked me full price that was just double of the price I bought the course for. Evaluation system is very careless. They check answers whenever they like it, like after 10-12 days you submit the answer. That remains useless. The management is arrogant and business minded. Though, Some teachers are good.

The faculty and content provided by this coaching are excellent — no doubt about that. The teaching quality and study material are truly helpful for serious aspirants.
However, the app experience is extremely disappointing. Whether it’s attending live classes, downloading or opening PDFs, or even just trying to open the app — there are constant technical issues. The app crashes frequently, lags heavily, and sometimes consumes too much data without even working properly.
Even on high-speed internet, the app often fails to load. It’s clear that the technical team seriously needs improvement. The app feels poorly optimized and below average compared to the quality of the content it’s meant to support.
Please prioritize fixing the app — students are struggling more with the platform than with the syllabus.
