Unable to login to the App
I am unable to login to the App while I am trying it from my laptop. When I am getting a page asked to login using the phone number, the OTP is not getting generated and it is showing “Something went wrong”.
Also sometimes , the video quality is not good.
Please fix these bugs to make it convenient for the users to utilise.

Useless app useless institute
Aspirants do not buy courses or take admission in Drishti, specially online courses. Their management is pathetic. They do not listen to student’s demands and do not care for the welfare that one institute should think about their students. They are purely a business firm and unnecessarily hiked prices of courses so high. Once you buy the course you are trapped. You can not make any change, like in my case I bought hindi medium course by mistake on discount and when I wanted to change this into same course in English medium they asked me full price that was just double of the price I bought the course for. Evaluation system is very careless. They check answers whenever they like it, like after 10-12 days you submit the answer. That remains useless. The management is arrogant and business minded. Though, Some teachers are good.

Great Faculty , but Poor App Experience
The faculty and content provided by this coaching are excellent — no doubt about that. The teaching quality and study material are truly helpful for serious aspirants.
However, the app experience is extremely disappointing. Whether it’s attending live classes, downloading or opening PDFs, or even just trying to open the app — there are constant technical issues. The app crashes frequently, lags heavily, and sometimes consumes too much data without even working properly.
Even on high-speed internet, the app often fails to load. It’s clear that the technical team seriously needs improvement. The app feels poorly optimized and below average compared to the quality of the content it’s meant to support.
Please prioritize fixing the app — students are struggling more with the platform than with the syllabus.

Location access why
I am unable to log in to this app as it crashes once every week. I then have to call and wait for Drishti’s so-called agents and request them to log me into the same device. This app doesn’t work if I turn off my location. Why does this app need my location, and why do I always have to call them and ask for permission to use the same device, not any other device?

Amazing app for learning
Drishti app is amazing to use and easy to access recorded video class and online classes. Few months ago I took admitted to Drishti's offline batch with lots of hesitation that which which coaching is good for ias preparation and now I'm feeling I made a good decision in taking admission in this coaching. The faculties are amazing and very understanding. They use to provide online as well as offline classes. Me as an offline student also getting access to recorded classes with unlimited watches. The faculties are 5 star rated and they are amazing in there subject especially Praveen Pandey sir who thought us social justice. I would say he is the best teacher for that subject with a very laughing face and he is favourite of all students
