Was told I could cancel anytime and yet they charged my card and I still have 2 weeks left in the month! I bought it for one month and now I don’t get a refund as they told me!

I’ll turn 80 in October. I usually detest computer apps and being handed over to av AI customer service voice.
Drive & Shine’s app is easy to use after I played with it to change my vehicle year and make.
Then, I asked for customer service. I heard a k pleasant, but obvious, voice. I asked how to acquire a sticker or whatever to go through the car wash. The AI « agent » replied in less than one minute, sending sending a like with clear steps to modify my Titanium Member.
I’m delighted with Drive & Shine automated customer service. That’s high praise from a woman who struggles with most business apps and phone customer service!

The app has been huge in managing my account without needing to talk to anyone and get it done now. I can also pre-purchase washes and makes me feel like I am pre-ordering food and how easy that is!

Love my local drive and shine! I’ve always had positive interactions, and Todd is by far my favorite employee! He’s so sweet and very helpful.

My wife can’t access our account on her phone since it’s one phone per account.

They have damaged my truck refused to refund my payment after cancellation and charge astronomical fees for nothing

Nice people work there. The wash is good. I wish they had someone cleaning the tires and rear end.
Awesome service
Todd was awesome! super friendly went around making conversation with everyone in the inside vacuums including me. He came over and gave me a clean rag with a spray on it and told me to wipe the inside of my car, this is the best my car has smelt thanks to todd. I will be back on the weekends for him to spray this rag again.

Just went through the Drive & Shine on Illinois Road. It blew my back windshield wiper up, twist driver, side, rearview mirror, and left marks on my driver’s car door. I will not be back.

Disappointing Visit
Seeing your commercial, I thought I’d give it a try! So I got your Titanium wash.
After the wash, I pulled into your vacuum spot. I was very disappointed at the quality of the wash, finding multiple spots that were missed, including the wheels! I compared your wash to a car wash in Florida “Caliber”, I used.
That wash did not miss a spot on my truck, plus they supplied free touch-up clothes & spray, floor mat wash, vacuum, to everyone without paying extra, plus it cost less for unlimited! Sorry your wash is not worth the hype!

Smoke and shine
I was there one time I received a free car wash. It was an excellent job. It did shine when it was done, but I live in Ada and I don’t always get to Lima but if I ever do, I know where you’re at. and again Thank you so very much for the car wash and the very polite staff that helped me .
