Rear tail gate light
I wish I had of known the Durango had the tailgate light issue before I purchased it! Now it’s gonna cost me over a thousand dollars to get a new one installed when it should have been on recall.

Doesn’t allow me to verify ownership
I couldn’t verify my ownership of the car. So I had to call. They contract the work to foreign countries, so I had difficulty understanding what they were saying. He didn’t help me whatsoever and sent me to another department with nothing to do with the Dodge App. Worthless customer service. Dodge doesn’t seem American anymore, considering everyone I speak to is foreign, and my vehicle wasn’t even made in America.

I purchased Dodge Journey as a early birthday it’s a 2019 I’m well impressed with this vehicle I wouldn’t trade it for the world except for the Dodge Durango hellcat but I have a couple of issues that have me somewhat concern I notice when I put it in drive the transmission jerk when u put it in drive not all the time but it does and I have a vibration going down the interstate and I also notice it pulls to the left like the brakes are grabbing I suppose to bring it in Saturday to have it checked

I’ve been methodically going through the whole app. It’s a lot, but a lot of good stuff. I recommend y’all owners do the same and also hit it up once on a while to catch things you might’ve missed. My car’s nickname is now “Black Mamba”.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned!
I love my Dodge Durango! I love the heated seats and steering wheel. It’s a very comfortable ride, it seats seven people comfortably and it’s tough looking. Best vehicle I have ever owned.I just wish the back of the vehicle was a tough looking as the front.

Glitches on iPad
The app looks useful, but it has problems running on an iPad. It crashes frequently and closes spontaneously.
The app has one flaw that renders it almost useless to me. It does not recognize me as the owner of the vehicle so I can’t see the maintenance records.

Not letting me sign up
I keep attempting to register but I enter my email then it tells me to check it then when I go to my email no confirmation is listed anywhere not in the spam junk mail anything so it’s kinda making me frustrated
