Not reliable
[Be Careful!!] The pickup and return instructions in the app doesn’t match the car owner provided. I am lucky enough to pickup and return becoz owner is still at home. Owner tried to blame me for pickup/return failure and shows insufficient knowledge to the policy. Customer service is helpless and doesn’t care about the hassle given to user. I delete the account and app with hesitation

User-friendliness still lacking
Need to spend more effort to understand what users need to go through, and provide better guidance. Specifically to include useful error messages when users are stuck, and also improve the performance/responsiveness of the app.
Overall app not user friendly
The search function is buggy, will require to filter date and time after every car listing i viewed. The camera function for photo reporting is very bad as it is unable to zoom and unable to rotate. I had to resort to taking multiple steps back just to fit the car into the screen.
App issues
From my first booking, the app already has issues. Guests are unable to start the trip. Therefore, a 5 mins handover process turns out to be 30 mins. this has been going on every since. so far i had 3 guests and all encounter this issues.
To make matter worse, it’s been a couple of weeks since i rented out my car but i’ve yet to be paid by the platform.
Experiences haven’t been the best yet. Out of the three guests, only one of them did everything as honest and reliable. The other two; didn’t pump petrol, and the other one is worse, he abused my aircon which ended up in me bearing the cost of $360

Drive lah apps
I learned that it’s important to meet the right car owner. My reservation was cancelled 10 days before my booking date, and I experienced multiple cancellations afterward. I understand it was during the Chinese New Year period, but if the car is unavailable, the calendar should be blocked to avoid confusion. Fortunately, I was lucky to secure a confirmed booking with Mr. Yeo. This was my first time using Drivelah, and long story short—it’s essential to connect with the correct owner.

Useless customer support
Download and verified through their app. However came back unsuccessful. Chatted with their customer support and they said that I possess a provisional licence. However I’ve already passed the 1 year mark long ago already. But the customer service just kept on saying bot like answer saying that they have a strict verification process and have filtered me out. Showed them my driver licence which clearly stated when I got my driver licence, but they kept on replying with useless answers. Called their customer service and it was useless as well saying they cannot help as the team has reviewed my case and not want to help anymore

The app did not allow for photo upload. Had to do it via live chat but I wonder how they track the customer.
Bad experience
First time user manage to get a booking but after request sent to host, no confirmation replied from them. Until upon of the time for collection at the pickup location, the host then replied to me telling me it was declined… for my advice, please don’t book for those newly listing vehicles as they won’t provide you any secure booking ..

Good idea of business bad platform
The business concept is good, but the development team has failed to provide a proper platform. The system is not smooth at all—for example, changing a car leads to major issues. The UI is still confusing even after using it for a year, and I’ve encountered numerous bugs. Customers who have already canceled still appear on my request page.

Easy to use app with a variety of rides to choose from.
Easy to book a car
The app is quite user-friendly however there is a minor bug that needs to be fix as the app sometimes will prompt an error or some button is just not working. Restarting the app makes it work again
