Ride wasn’t really nice.
Impossible to use
I have tried tried and tried again but whatever I do it won’t let me use my home address. EVERY time I set a destination it changes my home address to a road somewhere near me
Last time I used it I had to telephone them to tell them the pickup address is wrong but it’s a clear bug in the app which makes it totally unusable
Totally useless so I’ll stick to telephoning blue door or using Uber which always works

He bring my kids info Blackpool Sainsbury’s instead of st.Johns they have been late for school.
Kids were very stressed about.
It happened to me first time but have hope that was last.
I will keep eye on this driver and next time will cancel him if I see his plate

App doesn’t work
App said no taxi’s available so I phoned up instead and was booked right away. After reading other reviews, seems this is a regular occurrence
AVOID at all cost!
Iv had several bad experiences also had payment taken upfront and didn’t refund my money as I cancelled my taxi due to an emergency still waiting after several weeks later very disappointed and would never recommend to anyone

Completely unreliable, lost me a lot of money with no attempt to redeem themselves for their mistakes, worst taxi service in Worcester- download Woober instead!
Bad service
Very bad service. Taxi arrived 15 minutes later than the set time I ordered it to come for & I ordered it to come 25 minutes earlier than I needed it to come for, so I left plenty of time. Missed my train.
Wrong address
I live at Vines Mews unfortunately it’s keeps putting on Vines Lanes this needs update

Person that came to pick me up, refused to use his meter, and did not display his licence or fare rates in the cab. Not impressed.

Rude, arrogant and impolite,asking for help and yet he hung up. I’m not being funny but that’s not how you treat your customers?

Easy to use app, reliable service, great to use. I needed a receipt and one email to info@ got one delivered.
Unable to delete the app
Functionality might be okay but i am unable to delete the app somehow on latest IOS.
