Vital data for driving long distances
Absolutely love this app! Use it when driving our car, motorhome, and pulling trailers. The app allows me to change % of posted speed limits which is different for all the types of driving we do. Love that I can see estimated temperatures, wind speed and gusts, and precipitation!

The title says it all. Drive weather is the perfect app, if you travel a lot. It’s very accurate, and has helped me avoid severe weather on several occasions. It also shows a route that is t in my google, or maps app.

Good for planning drives
I’ve enjoyed using this app to plan ahead for when I want to leave on a long drive. I like how simple it is, not trying to do anything else, just showing weather along the driving route really cleanly.

It’s wonderful to know what you’re driving into. The app also shows you a map so you can see where you’re going and what the weather will be when you’re driving through. You can plan stops around weather. You can also pick when you’re leaving so it’s not just in real time. I love the app! 💕
First Few Days Review
Haven’t had a lot of cloud coverage here the past few days; however I noticed yesterday some very high elevation thunderheads just southeast of us less than 20 miles away that didn’t show up on my App no matter what setting I had it on which was disappointing. I plan to send pics to the developer for further explanation and advise to better fine tune my settings

Was going to buy an updated sync 3 module so I could get weather on the info screen and they wanted 600 bucks for just the module.
I paid the 20.00 bucks for a year of Drive Weather and am totally happy with it.

Requires a credit card
Just to register for free version requires a credit card. Why?? No one needs your credit card for a free version of their App, I don’t care that they say it will not be charge if you are using the free version. There is No need for our credit card information.
A Must!
I have been using the Drive Weather app to drive across country and it has given me accurate and descriptive weather, warning us of possible dangers, etc, along with options for lodging.
Several occasions, the creator has gotten back to us right away when we had a question about the app.

This app is so accurate. I never leave home on travel without it.
Terrible predictions
I’ve used the app 5 times. 3 times it told me no rain and I got stuck in the rain. 2 times, I took the truck because it called for rain. Could have had a beautiful ride today. Just annoyed.
