Great
Great for pre trip planning. I love how you can easily change your departure time to avoid weather events.
Great tool!
Got this App just before a major winter cross-continental drive. It was a huge and accurate help in planning my route to avoid snow storms, high winds and other hazards. Easy to use. Highly recommend it!
Excellent app!
One of the most useful apps I own for trip planning. It is incredible for weather forecasts along any route but also useful for understanding timing along your route.
Best app for traveling
I hotshot and deliver RV’s and I love this app. It helps me make decisions on the road to avoid the unnecessary. It helps to keep me safe and the developer has answered all my questions and even goes above and beyond to help my technical difficulties. You won’t regret it!!!
Update: 11/29/2025 still the best weather/driving app out here.

Drive Weather
Terrific app-Í love the way Í can check my driving weather up to a week in advance and at various times of the day. Also very handy information is the approximate wind speed and temperature. In my location we have high wind warnings so not always the best time to be on the highway when terribly windy. The temperature helps me know what to pack. I only hope the price does not increase again! If you travel frequently Í guess it is well worth it.,

So helpful
Every driving day I check the app. On a few occasions we have changed plans by a day to avoid storms. This app is on my short list of our “favorite travel apps” presentations.

Great app
Good idea
Great idea, not sure why others like AccuWeather don’t do it
A Must!
I have been using the Drive Weather app to drive across country and it has given me accurate and descriptive weather, warning us of possible dangers, etc, along with options for lodging.
Several occasions, the creator has gotten back to us right away when we had a question about the app.
Definitely worth the purchase! I have suggested it to dozens of people.

Super helpful
I drive a lot, 600-800 mile trips through all types of terrain. This app helps me avoid bad weather and other delays. It’s a game changer!

it’s just a trial of you try to look past one day your trial is over …. BS
Wonderful to be able to prepare
It’s wonderful to know what you’re driving into. The app also shows you a map so you can see where you’re going and what the weather will be when you’re driving through. You can plan stops around weather. You can also pick when you’re leaving so it’s not just in real time. I love the app! 💕
Great app for planning drives!
I’m a fan and regularly recommend this app for anyone who wants to know about the weather when they are traveling. I have also found the developer to be responsive when I had issues.

GREAT APP!
Love, love, love this app! Knowing wind conditions along the route keeps us confident and safe in our big boxy motorhome.
Not user friendly. Asked for Credit Carrd
I am spoiled to a simple CarPlay navigation app that is very user friendly. Navigation with weather overlay would be great and is very appealing. But after 15 minutes trying to load it into my CarPlay and trying to access a free version that didn’t keep asking for a credit card, I gave up and deleted the app. Hopefully they will update this app to be user friendly and make accessing the free version simple. Until then I’ll just continue with my current navigation and weather apps.
