False data used
Cancelled my insurance and charged me £155 fee because according to their black box device, I was driving 121mph and going for 8hour long drives. Every trip recorded was inaccurate and cost me my policy.
Location
The app doesn’t always update where your car actually is. Will update hours later. No live chat options available to speak to someone about fixing this.

Terrible
Are you ever going to actually get this app working? My location has now not updated for 112 days and my driving not tracked for the same amount of time, I’ve no idea if it’s actually working your end or not despite many messages.
Horrible Company Service
The app is good, accurate and easy to use. However, the company is terrible and I recommend nobody starts their insurance with them.
No option to contact
I have recently purchased insurance policy and I have been trying hard to contact the BeWiser team but unable to. I suggest there should be a Chat option in your app.
Due a update
It’s a good app and tells you good information about your trips and how many miles you done ect but they needs to be a update where it tells you how many miles you have got in your policy then how many miles you have fully done and have left so you haven’t got keep ringing your insurance
