FAQ

What can I do with this app?

This app allows you to book taxi rides within your city, arrange for intercity travel, and schedule courier deliveries for items like documents, flowers, or groceries. You can also register as a driver to find passengers.

How does pricing work?

The app emphasizes fair pricing where passengers and drivers agree on the fare themselves. You can set your own price for a ride, and drivers can either accept it or offer their own price. This direct negotiation ensures affordability and cost-efficiency.

Is this app free to use?

Yes, the app is free to download and use for booking rides and deliveries. While the core service is free, there may be in-app purchases or features that require payment, as indicated by the monetization model.

What safety features are available?

Can I customize my ride requests?

Yes, you can customize your ride requests to meet special requirements. This includes specifying needs like a child seat, accommodating large luggage, or traveling with a pet by adding these preferences in the order comments.
