App is absolute garbage. Tried to attain this to prep for tolls on a road trip. Went through the entire process of creating an account and received a message about the account not being able to be created. Absolute waste of time.

Your failure is complete

I’m trying to pay you. Tried logging in to the website on Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Buttons entirely unresponsive. Cleared my cache. Any chance if they can’t even make a functioning website that they make an *app* that works? Obviously the answer would be no, but I had to try. Truly awful. Even by government standards. I shudder to think what this piece of garbage cost us.

Price increase on tolls

Did anyone else notice that the price went from $2.25 to now $4.02. That’s driving from the south Wichita entrance to the Oklahoma border. I would’ve thought that when they put in the cashless toll-less last year it would’ve stayed the same price or went down because no humans to pay a hourly wage to.

The Absolute Worst

This app is basically a parallel to how the Kansas DMV process operates and functions, not logically and irrationally. What I don’t understand is, if the DMV is having so many customers every single day, to the point where walk ins are turned away and you have to set an appointment online but the only times available are 3 weeks later. So where is all the money going? Clearly it’s not going to the KTag and DMV’s, and clearly not towards getting more staff? Some very shady things are occurring in the state of KS.
