App not working after updating
The app was working perfectly fine until I updated it on iPhone 7 the app now freezes when you open it and doesn’t work at all.

Can not login for new drivers, or current drivers cannot log on.

After recent update not working at all, even after deleting and reinstalling.

Since updating the app I can no longer sign in. Apparently this has happened to all iPhone users in the company

Another update and the app breaks yet again! Wish this lot would learn to test thoroughly before deploying an update that breaks a B2B app. Hugely disappointing implementation and app in general.

App is a great tool for the industry, unfortunately from time to time it does not work/open, other than that A from me
Please update for iPhone 16 pro max
The app for iPhone 16 pro max does not confirm to the screen dimensions properly items being blocked out by the camera cut out and not being formatted correctly for it
Log Out issues
Everyone I use the App & come out of it for just a second or more it logs me out every time, extremely annoying

it has completely stopped working for several weeks now
Regarding latest update
Keeps logging you out whenever you come out of app, I've set it up to stay on in background and when I leave app for less then 1min to view a different app and come back to refresh the score, before I could do anything it will automatically sign me out, this is in less than a minute!!!!!

Keeps signing out
This update keeps signing out whether you hide the app in the background or close the app. Constantly having to enter username and password each session to check driver score
Microlise
Worst app ever. Not sure if it’s the system but you have to sign out and back in to update. Then when you sign in it updates. Then when have found it doesn’t always log you out of the system. I dropped the lorry at the garage and have my digi card with me. But according to microlise I’ve left the engine running at the garage also not used my cruise control. All this has happened whilst I was asleep. Could soon prove to be worse than the post office scandal.

Hi, we apologise for the frustration with our refresh feature, we have a new update due out over the next week which will address this issue and instead offer a simpler refresh button. Please look out for the update!
Not refreshing
After the last update microlise no longer refreshes when i pull the screen down

To get an ‘up to date’ score it’s says on the screen “pull down to refresh” - which used to work fine - but now you run out of screen to pull down any further
Horrible new interface
I am not liking the new update as it doesn’t refresh for the current vehicle that you use as I change vehicles every day and it doesn’t give you the accurate reading, if I look at the Driver score on the truck to the Driver score in the app it’s different and it’s a very poor app update. I want to roll back to the old version with the blue screen with the dark blue bottom and the lighter blue top screen.
