Driver Metro: Wella Metro

Driver Metro is the app for drivers on the Wella Metro network — a fixed-route transport service with set stops and schedules, run by Kwellaa's partner transport companies. Everything you need to run your route, on your phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Create fixed routes — set the origin, destination, intermediate stops, fares, departure time, return trip, available seats and the days of the week the route runs. • Keep several routes, sell on one — create as many routes as you need and choose which one is selling tickets. Switching a route on automatically switches the others off. • Validate tickets and passes by QR code — point the camera at the passenger's code and confirm boarding on the spot. Works with single-trip tickets and period passes. • Follow your passengers — see the list of expected passengers for each trip, with name, contact, origin, destination and boarding status. • Know which route is running — the current route is highlighted, so you don't validate tickets on the wrong route when you have several on the same day. • End the trip — close the day with a summary of tickets sold and passengers boarded. • History and duplication — review past trips and recreate a route in a few taps. • Edit or delete a trip as long as no tickets have been sold for it. LOCATION When you set the app to "online", your position is shared with the Wella Metro network, even while the app is in the background or the screen is locked. While this is happening, your phone shows a visible notification or indicator. You can go offline at any time and sharing stops immediately. WHO CAN USE IT • Drivers linked to a partner transport company — just sign in with a verification code or with your email and password. • Drivers without a link yet — sign up in the app with your details, documents and vehicle information. Your account is subject to approval by the Wella Metro team. GOOD TO KNOW • This app is for drivers. Passengers buy tickets in the Wella Metro passenger apps. • An internet connection is required to validate tickets. • Available in Portuguese and English.
