No respect for drivers when it comes to paying the drivers.
The company makes 3 times more then they actually pay the driver i.e 1/4 to driver who’s actually working and the company keeps 3/4. Not good company to work with as driver. STOP ROBBING THE DRIVERS
Extreme Cheapskates
This company is cheap. Pay rates are very low delivering medical equipment and laboratory samples. Other apps pay more delivering paint and construction material. Shame on you Airspace. Trying to cheat drivers is not a road to success.
Also, you have to wait a long time to get paid. No instant pay out option and company that they use to process our payments takes forever and they charge another fees. Terrible experience.

I completed a service on February 9th, and today is February 28th, 2026, for $70 USD. The app shows that they've already paid. I've sent several messages, and no one is responding, much less paying me. This app is terrible.
Issues With features On App
I am have issues with sending email deputes and reporting bugs. It is saying that my email is not configured to the app.
Bad app
A very bad company for to work; they are not clear about payment or travel distances. Not recommended.
About Pay !
This company is a scam, I did the job and never got paid the $312.00 I would never recommend them to any one I have the prove where you have to email them only to talk about your pay , I next step is TWC , to get my funds sent to me ACH !!

Never accept future advance deliveries! Let me explain this happened to me already three times! The last delivery I accept January 19th. and the gig start 11am 22th. Remember, I accept delivery 19th !!! and that between three days, I did not get not even single delivery. three days waste my time! Just for $48. it’s really sad and heartbreaking. it’s like they want me to keep that circle., so that way I’m not going far any deliveries! this already happened three times! This is it. So very careful never ever accept advance future day delivery.!!!

Treat unfairly
It’s all good until you run into car trouble then they will cheat you out your money. I went out 5hrs and 20mins. I had another 1hr 40mins to go before my engine light came on and stopped on the highway. They told me I will get paid for my earnings before handing it off to someone else. They end up paying me $75 out of a $729 load (Not even covering my gas).They been ignoring me since.

They were great for a while. I started my experience being a courier with them. It was a fun job that paid very well at the beginning and took you to areas that were unique! In the last few years, the company has gone through a lot of changes which made this gig a pretty terrible one!

As a driver, I expect transparency, fair pay, and flexibility this app falls short in all three. Payouts are only once a week on Thursdays, with no instant cash-out option, which is unusual for a gig platform. Pay rates are not shown upfront and there’s no negotiation runs are posted at a set price, often below market value. Mid-run, dispatchers sometimes add low-paying jobs, creating pressure to accept them without proper review. For drivers to succeed, Airspace should offer transparent pay details, fair rate negotiation, and on-demand payout options. Without these updates, the earning potential and driver satisfaction will remain low compared to other gig platforms. This app needs serious improvement. You have to wait a full week to get paid on Thursdays no instant cash-out option at all, which is standard on other gig apps. They don’t let you see your pay upfront, they lowball runs, and they don’t negotiate rates just throw out a number and expect you to take it. Dispatchers even try to slip in cheap runs Pay is often not worth the time or gas. For a gig app, drivers deserve transparency, fair rates, and on-demand pay.

Constant error issues
By far, this is the most unreliable app. App goes off nothing is displayed. Or when you do hear the tone go off offer expired. The best is when something just appears on your screen is halfway through the time of opportunity to get an offer. This is not a five star review. I’m reading a two stars based on my multiple years experience of the app.

Fix the app!!
Keep getting offer expired! Then the same offer comes back over and over again. Also when on a job and another job comes in, you can’t check to see that job offer without the app keep pushing you back to the job you are on. Fix this please as this is terrible and I mean terrible ‼️

I don’t see many orders ,but my only issue is it takes to long to get paid. A instant pay button would be awesome or less time to get paid,I don’t like waiting that long to get paid and this the only app so far that takes that long. Only issue other than that 5 stars……fix the pay option method so we can receive the pay quickly.
