Only works once after an admin reset, then authentication error happens until admin resets something. I hope it’s free as I still would use something else for sure

Perpetually locks up. When you go on duty it asks you to select a vehicle, but it often has no vehicle to select, and with out selecting a vehicle it won’t allow you to change the status of a job.

Auto log out
Taxis and yuckber have auto log out after 12hours. The whole system from app to dispatch should have auto log out after 12hours from first booking time to prevent chauffeur being awake for too long and being a road risk and to prevent dispatch from allocating when chauffeur has been awake for too long.

App rarely notify about new jobs. Badge does not show when Jon are added. The office have to Call me every time they send a new job. Please make it work. Other than that is a good app. Then I give 5 stars. Sorry

1) allow me to sync or export trips to calendar or google calendar
2) give the option to send notifications for upcoming trips at various lengths of time: day before, hour before, etc
3) there’s a weird bug sometimes when I click on a notification of an assigned trip, the app bounces between the “upcoming” and “in progress” tabs in rapid succession

Notifications
The app does not send notifications when pending jobs are added. Uninstall/reinstalling the app helps for a little while or updating when required but then stops again. It’s a real issue.
Scammers
Be careful guys they steal your money and they didnt give u an account and after that when u want to cancel they say there is no refund they are scammers
Problem with the app
Would’ve passed six months. This app has issues that no one is willing to fix once I press start and then I press arrived. The app automatically freezes most of the time. I cannot even accept the job. Horrible was sending multiple emails. The only reason why I use this app is because the company requires it. Is it so hard to fix the situation really frustrated with this system.

Even if you enter the postal code, the system can still take you to other cities. What a great navigation.

If it's just a zip code, no city name. You must be in the wrong place. No Google intelligence.

The app is decent when it works, but it’s not always reliable, as others have mentioned. It sometimes has connection issues.
Additionally, notifications are not working properly. It would be great to have notification badges on the app icon to see how many pending trips I have. This app would be 5 stars if they removed the 3-second timer, added dark mode, and had CarPlay support.

I sincerely don’t understand how anybody could give this app fewer than five stars—brother, do you not remember how cumbersome it used to be to fill out trip manifests by hand?! This app does all the work for you, it could not *possibly* be any easier to use.

At times I have to restart this app several times. I’ve found it to be extremely unreliable and unstable most of the time. Always have to have a paper backup.
