Seems to be an issue they refuse to resolve.

JSON error

Won’t let me sign up nor log in… app is fundamentally broke… any chance you’ll fix it or just roll out new features that are useless and still have the JSON error?

Unable to sign up

Gives me a JSON error like it wont accept the password but the sign up does not show the user with the length or password requirements are. Come on guys….Its literally step 1 to using this app and it fails miserably

I figured it out. Limited password length.

Not a bad idea. I hope it catches on in my region.

In order to validate you as a legitimate driver of Uber or Lyft, you must upload a screenshot of your driver profile. Follow the steps outlined in the FAQs: https://driverchatter.net/faqs

Can’t complete signing up.??

I downloaded the app but it put in my name automatically and keeps telling me to put in my name, but it’s already been out in for me. I can’t edit it, add to it or change the anon beamed that was also put in automatically...can’t rate it when I can’t even login to try it but great idea! Please fix😕

Your User and Anonymous names must begin with your first name and Anon, respectively, but you may choose whatever suffix you may like. For example, Jason may choose Jason123 or Jason_Driver as his username, and Anon0123 or AnonYmous as his Anon-name.

Good in theory

Unable to edit or add username. Great idea. Hopefully they can fix the bugs

Username modification will be an option in the next major update. Please update your app to the latest version in the meantime for the bugs that you are referencing to.

Unable to sign up

It doesn't let me edit username so I can't create my account. Seems like a great idea though!

Username is selected upon creation of an account and begins with your first name. The suffix of the username is what ever you decide to choose. This is done so that other users may reference you by your first name. If you ever wish to chat anonymously then you're free to do so (you can edit your anonymous username at any time!). We hope you like the app!
