Downloaded the app as a member for access to needs out on the road. The app stays frozen on Home Screen. This app desperately needs some it developer attention.

I see that this has been a problem since at least a year ago so I don’t believe they plan on fixing it.

Don’t waste your time. The app is not functional at all. All you’ll get by downloading it is a Home Screen with no functions. Waste of time!

I am having the same issue and called Drivers Legal Plan and was told they are aware of the problem. But can’t give an update as to when this will be fixed.
