About
Drivetally keeps every supervised practice drive of a learner's permit in one honest logbook. Start the timer when your teen pulls out of the driveway, or add a drive later - the log takes backdated entries and lets you edit anything, because real families forget to press buttons. The timer runs from timestamps, so a locked phone or a closed app never loses a minute, and the running drive stays visible on the lock screen.
Day and night hours split themselves at the real sunset of your city - computed on the phone, with no location permission, no GPS and no account. Pick your state once and the required hours appear automatically: 50 hours with 10 at night in California or Michigan, 30 in Texas, 15 night hours in New York, and so on across all fifty states. Wisconsin families even get the instructor double-credit rule applied for them. A clear ring shows how far your student has come and exactly how much night driving is still to log.
When the hours are done, Drivetally prints a DMV-ready PDF that mirrors the official supervised-driving log: dates, times, day and night minutes, conditions, skills practised and the supervisor on every line, with a signature row at the bottom. The PDF, the timer, the logbook, state goals and file backup are free forever, for one student. A single one-time purchase - no subscription - adds more students to the same phone and CSV import for hours you logged elsewhere.
Everything lives on your device. No account to create, no cloud to trust, no ads ever - your teen's driving record belongs to your family, not to us.
