THIS APP NEEDS A LOT OF WORK
Before I installed the app, I read all of the reviews. The app IS user friendly…to a degree. Just to create the profile. Nothing else.
Although I did not make a mistake entering my account info, it does give you the option to add another account and delete the previous one.
However…
1) I do feel mistakes can be avoided if a confirmation is offered (to enter the number or email address a second time) to ensure the bank account, routing numbers, and email address are entered correctly.
2) The chat was unavailable, probably because I created my account on a Saturday, when I received my first statement. I called Customer Service (as advised in the ‘chat not available’ box), only to be given regular business hours of Monday through Friday.
3) I was unable to SCHEDULE a payment. After not being able to start a chat or speak with anyone in customer service to find out how to schedule a payment, I entered a payment and hit submit (submit or cancel), HOPING it would give me a verification screen, thus enabling me to set a payment date, or make changes. NOT. My payment due March 14th got paid on February 18th, with no option to cancel.
LESSON LEARNED!
I will only be using the app to make payments when they are due. This app needs a LOT of work!

It’s okay except…
The app is okay, the only feature that it does not have is to actually see how much of the loan is left to pay off. It still shows initial balance. I been sending on time and giving more every time and yet receipts only show how much I have paid versus how much is left to pay off. I’m thinking of refinancing with another bank because of this…

One of the worst apps I have ever used
No payment information, just a paid receipt, it’s buggy, it shows my principal balance is more than my total balance which is impossible. Their customer service is bar none the worst customer service I have ever seen
Apparently no managers work there
I get that the new system is for the bank acc and such and when I put the long string on numbers their “system” didn’t let me put in my bank number and when I retried with the last digit being wrong it went through somehow without telling me an error. Every system I’ve seen has given me notification that it’s wrong and doesn’t exist!! Now they’re charging me $15 for human error when their stupid app doesn’t let me put in the right number so I have to retry and got the last digit wrong. What’s upsetting is not being let known that fee or a following email or text saying the bank number is wrong and I need to correct it. When I asked for a manager to help as I’ve always made my payments he said in the most monotone voice they don’t have them to help me.

Please fix Bug
Please fix the reset password process, it’s been nearly 2 months and I can’t access my account and when I try to do reset my password I never get the email link.

Good app BUT
Its a good app because payments are very easy to make .
The only thing i DO NOT like is that i cant view the receipt all it shows is how much i payed not the balance of the loan . I have another car loan with santander usa and i love using their tools it gives you all the information you need and it has exactly what i want that driveway finance does not the apop is boring cant navigate anything like when will i finish paying and all that.
Maybe this app needs to be updated to a version where we can actually view receipts with how much of the loan we have left . The reason i ask for this is because last month i made a payment and this month another payment and balance still shows the same . Payments are 2 days early never late .

User Friendly and convenient
Being able to see all the details of your loan in a snapshot and being able to make as many payments inside the same app makes using this app easy and convenient.
