Urgent reply, App doesn’t search for cancellation

After setting up the app and paid £4.99, inputted my drivers license number
And my reference number, when I click find test, it does not show any thing, it even show no schedule test, meanwhile I already booked the test date before downloading the app for a closer date.
Even after paying I still can’t find any date or anything showing I would still find one.
What’s wrong, some reply before my subscription expires
