Honest drnk app review
To start off, I love that when registering for an account, there was a built in navigation to help me understand this app. Also, I think it’s pretty authentic as it requires you to prove yourself drinking water on camera so there is no way to “cheat” yourself, helping me become more disciplined about water drinking. It not only helps me limit my screen time, but it also forces me to drink more water, a win win.

I drink so much water now
Used to rarely drink water throughout the day which think caused me to be tired a lot and get headaches sometimes. Now I drink so much more water and have been feeling great. Also cut my screen time in half!

Staying consistent on drinking water has always been something I’ve struggled with and wanted to improve on. drnk has helped me not only meet my water intake goals but also curbed my social media usage and helped me be more present and productive!! Love it!!
