So glitchy. Bad user interface
What a trash app. Hard to find buttons. Weird rectangular flat button to add item to order that blends in with the weird background photo. The checkout is another weird flat button on side. Half the time you click and nothing responds. And sometimes you do your whole order, choose store, customize, then go to check out (getting thirstier now bc you were placing your order) and it’s not until the end that it tells you it’s too late to place your order for today. That’s SO frustrating. Edit. 2-3 years later. I tried it again. Still as trash. Clicked to pickup today. Then had to re-enter credit card. No matter how patient I was, camera would not pick up credit card info. Had to manually re-enter. Then in a separate field at checkout asks for more info (my address). Then finally press send and it says no orders available for today. Why not say that at the beginning? Smh

Does not record purchases made for rewards balance
This is by far the worst rewards app I have seen for a company. Ordering within it is very glitchy, lagged, and slow. But worse, it does not properly record purchases you make to your rewards balance. My rewards balance sat at 39 out of the possible 40 points for months. Never adding the final point needed to receive whatever the coupon discount is. Don’t offer a rewards program if it is not managed/honored correctly. Overall, just a bad app which no longer makes me patronize the company.

Didn’t give me the promised $3 off birthday reward on my actual birthday, and my points are frozen, I’ve been there a few times and I can’t earn rewards because my points won’t add up. App seems pointless.
Absolute garbage
App must have been designed by a 10 year old. Doesn’t have any Virginia locations, crashes when you try searching a zip code, and doesn’t allow Touch ID even tho that’s an option under the settings.

Not All Locations and Crashes
Does not have Texas locations. App buggy and crashes when I did a geographical search.
