Stuck on Apache

I like the game but I am at level 112 and can’t activate anything past the Apache. I would rate 4 star if fixed, or if you can tell me how to unlock those.

Doesn’t let me move on

I’d give this game 5 stars if I didn’t have this glitch. I’m stuck on the Apache because for some reason it doesn’t let me move to the F-22 even though I’m rank 60. Please fix the game.
