Confused!
I’m not able to use the device after downloading this app because the code on my tv is nowhere on the list! I attempted to contact customer support & it brings me to a “good sleep.com” site that says “NOT SECURE!”

I tried for two hours to use the device and this program to link my iPhone with my television. No help at all.

外部モニター画面にQRコードが表示されて、読み込むと対応製品一覧がサムネイル的に表示されます。該当製品の文字が反転しているのでそれをタップするとアップデート一覧が表示されるので古い順に一応全部ダウンロードして実行。そこまでは良いのですが、iPhoneを再起動したりいろいろやってもまたモニター画面に同じQRコードが表示される。何度やっても同じことの繰り返し。全く使い物になりませんね。
Doesn’t work
After loading you go to an update page. Downloaded and installed update, cannot get beyond update page to use product. Another hour of my like I will never get back.

Anyone know what firmware to download for IPhone 13pro connected to Ottocast CarMate Pro. Screen comes up with S360DIV06 but that’s not listed. No support so far from anywhere. Very frustrating.

Just like this RCA tv. App doesn’t even have the same code as what’s shown on tv.
poorly designed, hard to use
It is very hard to know which version to choose. Feels like a uncompleted project made by 14 years old child, uploaded to Appstore by accident, used as product APP by some Chinese company. my device is S350LO6V005 which is no where to find the matching firmware it in this app.

Die Nummer die bei mir angezeigt wurde gab es nicht. Dann hab ich eine der ähnlichsten Nummern versucht und es kamen wirklich komische Geräusche aus meinem Handy…..

Doesn’t work anymore
I used this a few years ago during the pandemic to work out and a stream to the tv. With all the iOS updates the device is obsolete. Sounds like they aren’t going to do anything about it
