Calendar sync

There still isn’t an option for me to sync the class I book to my iPhone calendar. There used to be one and now it’s gone. I’ve emailed and asked for support with no response and asked at the front but they had no idea and said I probably won’t get a response to my email. Annoying to have to add the classes separately.

The slowest app

It takes for ever to see the info. I have to close and reopen the app many times because it seems to freeze.

TERRIBLE WORST APP EVER

Why can't they fix this?

Total chore using this app. Minutes for screen to upload classes, if it ask you to rate a class it freezes. When you try and waitlist a class it freezes and you have to close app and start the whole process again. It's maddening. Love the gym, despise the app. I think your IT dept needs an upgrade. There is no reason this should be this difficult.

Opening Issues

Still having a ton of issues having to wait for app to open, and with any other tab to open after it. Now I’m getting an error message. I tried to delete app, then reload, nope. No improvement. HELP!

Still Doesn’t work correctly

The app freezes up and sometimes says waitlisted when booked and vice versa. Everyone gets a notification at the same time so it’s useless. They did an update and now it is worse than it was before. Takes forever to load and by the time the page opens to book the class the spot is gone. It is extremely frustrating. Why can't you fix it so it works?

App is terrible

Doesn’t load-takes forever if at all to view class schedule and book. Waitlist is not helpful. It should pull in order of waitlist spot.
